Visitor Policy: Patients are allowed to have one visitor with them at any appointment; we recommend that children stay home if at all possible. Anyone over 2 years of age is required to wear a face mask.
Babies and children are allowed, but we encourage you to find childcare when possible.
Universal Masking: Everyone 2 years of age and older is required to wear a face mask in our offices.
