Although benefits of breastfeeding are well known, research shows that many women do not meet their breastfeeding goals. This two hour class offers:

• Understanding benefits of breastfeeding to you, baby and family
• Establishing a good milk supply and preventing/solving common problems
• Building family support and seeking professional help if needed

The fee covers two of the baby's caretakers to attend the class.
